What is ASMR? We tell you!

Have you ever heard anyone talking about ASMR videos? Maybe you’ve stumbled on some while on YouTube or you’ve heard some of your faves mention it, but if you aren’t familiar with the popular Internet trend, we’ve got your back. ASMR is “Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.” (source)

It’s kind of like the little tingles you get when your BFF braids your hair or tickles your back, but you get it from watching a video! Thanks to W Magazine, some of our fave celebs have tried their hand at ASMR and the results are pretty awesome.
