It’s not every day we get to celebrate one of our favorite stars, but today is extra special because Coop and Cami Ask The World star Ruby Rose Turner is turning 13 years old today! We’ve seen Ruby Rose gain popularity on Instagram and via her guest starring roles over the years, like when she did a few episodes of “Fuller House” on Netflix:
