Happy 19th Birthday to Rachel Crow!
Let’s take a look at her inspiring Hollywood journey, from X Factor to Sundance!
At just 13 years old, Colorado native Rachel Crow showcased her unbelievable voice (& amazing personality) for millions of people on Season 1 of “The X Factor.”
.
Months after her fifth place finish, Rachel released her debut EP, “Mean Girls” in June of 2013. Fun fact: Carlos from “Big Time Rush” decorated the “Mean Girls” music video:
In 2014, Rachel made her big-screen debut, when she voiced Carla the bird in “Rio 2.” But the beginning of her film career certainly didn’t signal the end of her music career. Watch this:
And this:
She also played Nikki in the 2015 DCOM, “Invisible Sister.”
Now, Rachel’s back on the big screen, with a starring role in “Deidra & Laney Rob a Train.”
The film premieres TONIGHT at the legendary Sundance Film Festival. Sounds like a pretty good birthday to us!
We LOVE Rachel as a singer and actress, but we also love her as a person. Instead of letting her “X Factor” finish get her down, she’s worked so hard to build an absolutely amazing career on her own. Happy birthday, Rachel! You’re so beautiful now!
