How to Make Sure You are Keeping Updated with the Election Today

Today’s the Day!

We all know that this election process has been long and filled with a lot of frustration, but it’s finally election day! It’s time we unify and come together to vote for the next President of the United States—a task we cannot take lightly! 

It is important that we are keeping up with the news and updates on the election status throughout the day and here’s how you can do it! 

CNN will be covering “Election Night in America” from 4 p.m eastern standard time to 4 a.m.

YouTube is working with different channels that will all be live-streaming the election. The following channels will be covering the election beginning at 7 p.m. eastern standard time: The Young Turks,  MTV News, Bloomberg, and PBS Newshour. Cosmo also tells us that NBC News will have coverage of the election on Youtube beginning at 6:30 p.m if you want to get a head start. 

The New York Times is going live on Facebook from 8 p.m ET until 2 a.m. Live footage from both the Clinton and Trump campaigns begins at 6 p.m.

Buzzfeed News is also planning to live stream “Election Night Live” starts at 6 p.m. ET from the election on Twitter. 

ABC will be streaming news from the election on its website starting at 7 p.m. Michael Strahan and T.J. Holmes—NBC news correspondent—will be giving us results from the polls on “Times Square Crossroads,” which is the network’s Facebook Live booth in Times Square.

No matter who it’s for, it is important that you get out there and VOTE! Every vote matters and we have the opportunity to determine the future of our country! HAPPY VOTING!
