Rita decided to make a healthier change and the reason is so important.
Rita Ora is always topping the charts with her new singles or crushing it on tour, but now she’s reminding us why she’s also an incredible role model – she’s motivating us with her new fitness routine and outlook.
Rita says that over the past year, she’s made exercise and healthy eating part of her lifestyle. “I’m not going to lie and say I was completely happy with my body before,” she explains.
“I knew I could change a few things to improve my stamina, especially onstage. I didn’t start working out to get skinnier – I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that. Don’t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.”
