Kim Possible is Getting a Live-Action DCOM!

One of the most iconic Disney Channel animated series of all time is definitely Kim Possible, an empowering story about a regular high school teen who just so happen to be on a quest to save the world from supervillains. The original show starred Christy Carlson Romano, Will Friedle, Tahj Mowry, and more legends… and now, the network announced that a brand new live-action KP movie is in the works!
 
“Call me, beep me, if you want a #KimPossible DCOM! Casting has just begun for live-action Kim Possible @DisneyChannelOriginalMovie. Who would you love to see play Kim?” Disney Channel announced on Instagram.
 
So who do WE wanna see in the role of Kim? Here are a few ideas:
 

1. Francesca Capaldi

2. Brenna D’Amico

3. Mahogany Lox

We are SO pumped – but also have so many questions! Does this mean we may see the original cast get back together in some way? Are we going to discover a new generation of inspiring crime-fighters?

Here’s what we do know: This movie will stay true to the series you know and love.

The script will be written by the series’ creators Mark McCorkle and Robert Schooley, who will also be executive producing. It’s just as important to this team as it is to all of us to create an authentic new version of the fan-favorite show.
