Marsai Martin Came Up With An Amazing Movie Idea, And Now It’s Becoming Reality

The 13-year-old actress will not only star in the movie, but produce it too!

If you want to see an example of shining girl power in action, look no further than the incredible project Marsai Martin has started. The 13-year-old actress, who you may know best for her role in “Black-ish,” is actually executive producing and starring in her very own movie called “Little.”

If that isn’t even amazing enough, she also came up with the idea for the script. Talk about dreams becoming reality!

The film “centers on a woman who gets the chance to relive the carefree life as her younger self (played by Marsai), when the pressures of adulthood become too much,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

It sounds like the kind of story kids, adults, and everyone in between can really relate to! 

After the movie news broke, the star took to Instagram to create a video thanking everyone involved. So many people are believing in her here, and she has been completely honored by the response.

We’re so proud of Marsai for this BIG move to create “Little,” and we look forward to seeing the story come to life.
