New Hope Club’s Reece Bibby Is Recovering from Surgery

Our hearts are really going out to New Hope Club’s Reece Bibby right now. After feeling sick while out on tour for the last few weeks, the singer found out that he had appendicitis and had to go through emergency surgery! While he has to sit out the rest of the band’s remaining tour (before hitting the road AGAIN with The Vamps), Reece is otherwise doing well, and even keeping fans updated on his health condition from his hospital bed.

“Well what a couple of days I have had! I’ve felt unwell for a couple of weeks and I assumed it was just a cold,” he posted on Instagram. “After our show in London I took a turn for the worse and I started to worry. It turns out I had Appendicitis and by the time I got to A&E my appendix had ruptured. I’ve had the operation and me and my appendix have parted ways ??. I’m in good hands and on my way to recovery! I’m gutted I can’t play any of the remaining shows on our tour but hopefully I will be healthy for the start of The Vamps tour. I want to say a huge Thankyou to everyone who has sent me love and support, especially to My Dad, Blake, George, Richard and Joe who have all really helped me out the past couple of days. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the tour, I know the lads will smash it x.”

We can’t believe Reece is still putting the fans first and apologizing for missing out on NHC shows! All everyone wants is for him to be feeling better again!
