Descendants 3′ Is Officially Happening – Watch the First Trailer

You didn’t think this was the end of the story, did you?

You guessed it, “Descendants” fans: “Descendants 3” is officially happening! During the premiere of the new DCOM “Zombies,” Disney Channel announced that the fan-demanded film will be debuting in Summer 2019.

While there’s official cast list out just yet, the Disney PR account tagged director Kenny Ortega along with actors Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart, China McClain, Mitchell Hope, and Cameron Boyce. So we can expect these stars to be back to reprise their beloved roles.

At least one new villain will be joining the cast, as Mal teased in D3’s first teaser trailer video!

Of course, the incredible “Descendants” fandom got the third film trending on Twitter within moments of the news drop.

The cast is just as pumped as we are that this movie is happening.
