We’re so excited to show you the videos we made with Savannah Latimer. She’s a yoga teacher, an artist, and pretty much a wellness queen so we were beyond lucky that she agreed to come over and teach us some moves.
Vanni taught us a few simple moves that will help you begin your own yoga journey – but she also taught us that yoga is about way more than just being able to bend your arms.
Yoga is a lifestyle – it’s all about breathing, being present, and being a positive light to yourself and those around you.
You could say things got a little silly with our first yoga sesh with Vanni, but afterwards we really felt great and we’ve been keeping up with our practice since.
