The duo treated fans to an unplugged rendition of the 2014 song

On Sunday, Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson donated their time and talent to take part in a concert that raised money for the T.J. Martell Foundation, which works to find cures for leukemia, cancer, and AIDS.
