Lili Reinhart’s Reason for Wanting To Adopt a Dog Will Melt Your Heart

As if we needed any more reasons to love the “Riverdale” star.

Lili Reinhart is looking to make a big difference in the life of a furry friend, and she needs our help, you guys! The beloved “Riverdale” actress took to Twitter to ask if any of her followers could put her in touch with an animal rescue organization where she can adopt a dog in need.

Lili tweeted that she is specifically interested in rescuing an older dog.

The star shared that she has been in touch with shelters, but is also expanding her reach to social media.

When some fans asked why Lili specifically wanted an older dog, she shared her very important reason: because less people adopt them.

Of course, puppies are super cute and everyone loves them. And sometimes older dogs require more care or medical treatments, and they need loving homes with owners willing to put in that effort!

Several fans came through and shared photos and links for senior pets in need of adopting, so hopefully not only will Lili find her forever friend, but maybe some of her followers will too!
