Manny MUA’s Response To A Homophobic Hater Will Make You Love Him Even More Than You Already Do

Last week, Manny MUA announced the major news that he is Maybelline’s first male brand ambassador. This week, he slayed us all over again by shutting down a homophobic hater in the best way – with help from his dad! 

It all started when blogger Matt Walsh tweeted a picture of Manny (absolutely killing the game in a red and silver makeup look) with the caption, “Dads, this is why you need to be there to raise your sons.”

Like the king he is, Manny responded with the perfect amount of class and sass. “My dad actually works for me and is SO PROUD of me, sorry ‘bout it,” he replied.

Even better, Manny’s dad joined the conversation by sending a stern and heartfelt message to Mr. Walsh.

“This is Manny Sr. Let me first begin by telling you that I’ve always been there for my son and will ALWAYS be there for him,” he wrote. “Not only am I proud of what he has accomplished but I’m more proud of the person he has become.”

“The words you speak are from lack of knowing anybody from the LGBT community. If you did, you would realize they are some of the most real and kindhearted individuals that walk this planet. Going forward, I would choose your words wisely,” he finished.
