Meghan Trainor Shares Her Super Awkward First Kiss Story!

The singer proves that everyone’s first lip-lock gets a lil messy!

Meghan Trainor is kissing and telling!

The “Lips Are Movin’” singer was a guest star on The Late Late Show with James Corden, where she was asked to spill all on her first lip lock.

Apparently, it was far from perfect!

So in case you thought YOUR first kiss was awkward, just wait…

“[My first kiss] was terrible,” she explained. “I can’t make this up, this was real.”

Just how bad could it be? Really, really bad.

Meghan says that her first real kiss was when she was a freshman in high school, with a guy she was kinda dating at the time.

“He pushed me up against the wall and was like, ‘Can I kiss you?'” she continued. “And I was like, ‘Yeah, hold that thought.’ And then I ran to my bathroom and I threw up. Not because I was grossed out, but because I had the flu. And it hit me at that moment in time.”

“I tried to make it so cool,” she admitted. “But I was like, ‘Imma throw up on him, or i’m going to throw up in the bathroom.’ So I was like, ‘Hold that thought. I’m gunna throw up real quick.’ This ain’t stopping.’”

And if that wasn’t awkward enough, Meghan says the boy came up to the bathroom door and asked if she was disgusted by him.

Despite the awkwardness, we love this story because it shows that just like us, celebrities are FAR from perfect. Meg got over it by being her awkward self and later laughing it off. Way to go, girlfriend!!!
