Justine McKail is a full-time college student in Utah who’s studying to become a surgical oncologist. She also works part-time at ColdStone Creamery to help put herself through school. Justine loves her job, her co-workers, and customers. But last week, her boss’ son discovered a Yelp review that started out positive. “Coldstone has been one of our favorite places to go as a family,” it began. But then, it quickly went downhill, going from simple business review to unconscionable bullying: “One of their female employees is disgustingly obese.” 

Justine saw the review. But instead of suffering in silence, she spoke out and bravely shared her story, in an effort to draw attention to how dangerous bullying can be:
