Selena Gomez Cancels Tour to Focus on Mental Health

Selena Gomez is to enter rehab in Tennessee to manage “anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.” The pop sensation canceled her last remaining shows on her Revival world tour as a result. 

When Selena went the first time in 2014, it was one year after she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease, Lupus. But, this time she has stopped recording new music. “She was supposed to be recording but she hasn’t told anyone when she’ll be back in the studio.”

“Selena is dealing with lupus, but this is to focus on her mental health,” a source told Us Weekly earlier this week. “She can go to a very dark place.” The source then described the place where Selena was staying as a “private and quiet place” but “super intense.”

We’re so proud of Selena for making the right choice and doing what’s right for her health.
