• Go on a rant of nice things behind someone’s back.
  Knowing it will never get back to them just because u believe in them and are proud of them and love them or think they’re pretty or smart or cool.
   
• Don’t live under the trap of guilt.
  You walk lighter. Pretty bird, you float and you look forward.
   
• Take good care of yourself.
  You glamorize self-care, and normalize self-acceptance. You remind us that every woman can, and deserves to, make themselves feel pretty.
   
• Delight in understanding.
  Strive to learn and see other perspectives. You know yours steadily enough with the deepest conviction in the truest solitude that you recognize truth when you hear it and BS when you hear it. Then you.
   
• Remind yourself that you’re strong and fierce.
  I too often see my fellow peers crumple beneath society’s expectations of them and even their own peers pressing down. YOU are the best YOU out there, and not a single soul can tell you that you aren’t good enough. They have no idea how to be YOU.”
