We’ve got our hands on her DELICIOUS recipe!
After a long, busy week, we can’t wait to sit back, relax, chill with our friends and indulge in some chocolatey goodness.
As soon as we laid our eyes on Anna Grace Barlow’s pic of her mouth-watering cookies (she posted the photo on Instagram — twice!), we knew immediately we’d have to try them out for ourselves.
Now, we’re spilling the recipe so you can make them, too!
The Scream Queens actress calls these treats “Reese’s Stuffed Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies” and shared how to make them on her and her boyfriend’s joint YouTube page. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the adorable vid she and her bf Tay Boldt created!
INGREDIENTS + INSTRUCTIONS :
1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sift together all of the items above and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine:
1/2 cup (or 1/2 stick) of unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (or brown Truvia)
1/4 cup white sugar (or Truvia)
Once it’s all mixed together, add 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter & 1 egg. Mix together until mixture’s color gets lighter.
Next, slowly add in the dry ingredients you set aside into the second bowl.
Chill the dough mixture for at least 1 hour.
Next, you’ll want to use the mixture to create 2 tablespoon size dough balls, as many as you can until you’ve used up all the mixture. Sandwich reese’s between, and pinch outsides & roll until the reese’s cup is completely covered.
Bake for 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees and ta-dah!
