Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown took to Instagram this weekend to announce that she unfortunately had to cancel an appearance at Comic Con. When you hear that a celeb has to cancel an appearance, everyone’s first thought is to feel bad for the fans that bought tickets and planned to go see their favorite star, but it’s really important to think about why the celeb is cancelling their appearance. 

Millie explained that she’s feeling overworked and that while she’s still filming Stranger Things, she feels like she just needs to cut back on her demanding schedule. It’s SO important for everyone, not just celebrities, to make time for themselves and to make sure that they’re not pushing themselves too hard. We’re so glad that Millie took time to check in with herself and is getting the well deserved rest she needs.
