Whether she’s recording new music, creating her latest line for adidas, or hosting our fave show, Boy Band, Rita Ora is always completely crushing it! And now, she’s not just inspiring us with all of her career endeavors – she’s motivating us with her new fitness routine and outlook.
Rita says that over the past year, she’s made exercise and healthy eating part of her lifestyle. “I’m not going to lie and say I was completely happy with my body before,” she explains. “I knew I could change a few things to improve my stamina, especially onstage. I didn’t start working out to get skinnier – I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that. Don’t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.”
