The Thundermans Cast: Where Are They Now in 2026?
From superhero teens to real-life stars, here’s the complete update on every member of The Thundermans cast, and what they’re doing now.
If you grew up watching The Thundermans on Nickelodeon, you already know it wasn’t just another kids’ show. Chaotic, heartfelt and hilarious, the original series ran from 2013 to 2018 and followed the Thunderman family—a clan of superheroes trying to live a normal life in the suburbs.
But while the show may have ended after its fourth season, it certainly wasn’t over for good! In 2024, The Thundermans cast reunited for The Thundermans Return movie on Paramount+. A spinoff series called The Thundermans: Undercover premiered on Nickelodeon in January 2025 and a second movie—Clash of the Thundermans—is also on the way.
But as their legacy continues going strong, what is The Thundermans cast up to in their real lives beyond Hiddenville?
At YSBnow, we’ve been covering Nickelodeon stars since before most of them were famous. In fact, we interviewed this cast countless times during the show’s original run, and Kira Kosarin is a YSBnow OG who embodies everything our brand stands for. Here’s the full 2026 update on The Thundermans cast.
How old is The Thundermans cast now?
Here is every main character’s age in 2026. (This is especially crazy to write because the first time we interviewed Kira, she was only 16!) And the youngest cast member—Maya Le Clark—was literally a toddler when she joined the show. Now she’s 15!
- Kira Kosarin (Phoebe Thunderman) — Born March 7, 1997. She’s 29 years old.
- Jack Griffo (Max Thunderman) — Born December 11, 1996. He’s 29 years old.
- Addison Riecke (Nora Thunderman) — Born January 26, 2004. She’s 22 years old.
- Diego Velazquez (Billy Thunderman) — Born December 5, 2001. He’s 24 years old.
- Maya Le Clark (Chloe Thunderman) — Born March 28, 2011. She’s 15 years old.
- Chris Tallman (Hank Thunderman / Thunder Man) — Born May 3, 1970. He’s 55 years old.
- Rosa Blasi (Barb Thunderman) — Born January 18, 1972. She’s 54 years old.
Where is the Thundermans cast now?
Kira Kosarin (Phoebe)

We’ve known Kira for over a decade and watching her evolution has been one of the most rewarding parts of covering young Hollywood. She was 16 years old when The Thundermans premiered in 2013—and even the first time we met her, we were blown away by her kindness and charisma.
On top of being an incredible human and extraordinary actress, Kira is genuinely brilliant—she skipped two grades, graduated high school at 16 and was accepted to both Stanford and UCLA.
But after the original series wrapped in 2018, Kira didn’t follow the typical child-star playbook. Instead of chasing the next big role, she bet on herself and pivoted into music. She’s since released multiple singles and EPs, writing from personal experience with an emotional pop sound that feels completely authentic to who she is. Her music isn’t a vanity project—it’s real, it’s personal, and her fans know it.
She also quietly built one of the most impressive social media presences of any former Nickelodeon star—her TikTok alone has over 31 million followers. And she got there by being genuinely herself: funny, creative, relatable and real. It’s the kind of audience you can’t buy, and Kira earned every single follower.
But she never left acting behind either. When Kira reprised her role as Phoebe in 2024’s The Thundermans Return, she also served as an executive producer on the film. Now, she’s starring in the spinoff series The Thundermans: Undercover and even directed an episode. She’s also had guest roles on shows like That ’90s Show, Good Trouble, and Light as a Feather.
Jack Griffo (Max)

Jack Griffo played the mischievous Max Thunderman—the twin who wanted to be a supervillain—and his career after the show has been steady and impressive.
Like Kira, Jack returned for The Thundermans Return on Paramount+ in 2024 and now stars in The Thundermans: Undercover on Nickelodeon. He’s also continued acting in projects outside the franchise and has stayed active on social media, where he regularly connects with fans who grew up watching him.
Off-screen, Jack has matured into a more grounded presence in the entertainment world. He’s no longer the goofy teenager plotting world domination in his basement lair — but fans love that he can still channel that energy whenever he wants to.
Addison Riecke (Nora)

Addison Riecke joined The Thundermans cast as Nora and was one of the show’s breakout young stars. She was just 9 years old when the show premiered—now, she’s 22!
After Season 4 of The Thundermans, Addison continued acting—she appeared in the film The Beguiled alongside Nicole Kidman and has taken on roles in both film and TV. She’s also been pursuing her education and has kept a somewhat lower profile on social media.
But fans still love her, and her performance as Nora remains one of the most quoted and memed parts of the entire series. There’s a reason “Nora Thunderman sass” is practically its own genre on TikTok.

Diego Velazquez (Billy)

Diego has continued acting since The Thundermans ended and returned for both The Thundermans Return movie in 2024 and guest appearances on The Thundermans: Undercover. He’s been less publicly visible than Kira or Jack, but he’s stayed connected to the franchise and to the fans who grew up watching him.
Diego was one of the youngest main cast members on the show, starting at age 11. He’s now 24, which is pretty crazy for anyone who remembers him as the little kid who kept running into walls! As the franchise continues with Clash of the Thundermans on the way, expect to see more of Diego in the Thunderverse.
Maya Le Clark (Chloe)
Maya Le Clark joined The Thundermans cast as baby Chloe in the later seasons and quickly became a fan favorite. She was just 4 years old when she first appeared on the show, which makes her current age—she just turned 15—genuinely shocking to longtime fans.

Maya is now one of the three leads on The Thundermans: Undercover alongside Kira Kosarin and Jack Griffo. She’s gone from being the baby of the cast to having a central role in the franchise’s future. Considering she started on TV before she could read, that’s a pretty incredible trajectory!
Why did Kira Kosarin quit acting?
Strangely, this rumor keeps surfacing! The truth is that after The Thundermans ended, Kira was intentional about what came next, rather than jumping at the first offer. “I got to a point where I was like feeling really boxed into that image that people were seeing me as,” she told us in 2020. “So I kind of felt like I had to go all the way in the other direction to prove people wrong a little bit.”
That’s not quitting—that’s a brilliant business strategy. And given where she is now, the results speak for themselves.

Are Max and Phoebe twins in real life?

No, Kira Kosarin and Jack Griffo are NOT related in real life and are NOT twins. They played twin siblings Phoebe and Max Thunderman on the show, and their on-screen chemistry was so convincing that fans have been asking this question for over a decade.
In real life, Kira was born in March 1997 and Jack in December 1996, making them about three months apart in age. They’re close friends from years of working together but are not siblings. And while their bond is certainly real, it’s not biological.
Why is Nora not in The Thundermans: Undercover?
If you’re searching this, you’re probably asking about The Thundermans: Undercover, the new spinoff series that premiered in January 2025. The spinoff follows Phoebe (Kira Kosarin), Max (Jack Griffo) and Chloe (Maya Le Clark) on a new mission in Secret Shores, but Nora and Billy are not part of the main cast of the new series.
Addison is currently based in New York City and was in college during production. So while she’s not a series regular on the spinoff, she does make a cameo appearance. She’s confirmed to return for the upcoming Clash of the Thundermans movie. Prioritizing her education while still showing up for the franchise when it counts? Now that’s a flex.
Guest Stars You Forgot Were on The Thundermans
The Thundermans quietly launched some massive careers. Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows) played Cousin Blobbin. Storm Reid (Euphoria, The Last of Us) guest starred at age 11, while Jordan Fisher (Hamilton, Dancing with the Stars) played Phoebe’s park crush.
Katherine McNamara (Shadowhunters, Arrow) was Max’s crush in Season 1. Jace Norman appeared as a minor character right before Henry Danger made him a Nickelodeon legend. And JoJo Siwa showed up in Season 4, just as she was becoming a global phenomenon.

Is a Thundermans reboot or reunion actually happening?

It already happened—and it’s still happening! Here’s the full franchise timeline:
- The Thundermans — Original series, Nickelodeon, 2013–2018 (4 seasons, 103 episodes). Stream on Netflix and Paramount+.
- The Thundermans Return — Reunion movie, Paramount+ and Nickelodeon, March 2024
- The Thundermans: Undercover — Nickelodeon spinoff series, premiered January 2025. Stream Season 1 on Paramount+.
- Clash of the Thundermans — New movie expected later this year
So the franchise isn’t just alive; it’s thriving. The Thundermans Return was the number one entertainment telecast of the year among kids 6-11, and the success of that movie directly led to The Thundermans: Undercover getting greenlit.
If you’re wondering whether there’s more coming beyond Clash of the Thundermans, nothing additional has been officially announced as of March 2026. However, given the momentum this franchise has right now, it would be surprising if Paramount didn’t keep it going.
For now, you can stream both the original series and The Thundermans Return on Paramount+, while The Thundermans: Undercover airs on Nickelodeon.
