Storm Reid’s Story of Meeting Zendaya the 1st Time is SO Inspiring!

“I took a picture and now we’re doing a show together!”

One might assume that the first time Storm Reid met one of her role models, Zendaya, it was at a red carpet premiere or Hollywood event. But it was actually at an ice cream parlor, long before Storm landed her big break in A Wrinkle in Time! 

Storm spilled that her biggest fan girl moment came when she first met The Greatest Showman star. “I met her when I first moved out here [to Los Angeles] and she was at Ben & Jerry’s,” said Storm. “I saw her and I was like frozen. I took a picture, and now, we’re doing a show together!”

That’s right: Zendaya and Storm will be co-stars in the upcoming HBO series, Euphoria. Talk about a full circle moment! It’s such a beautiful example, of when you work hard, believe in yourself, and never give up, you, too, might star in a movie with your idol one day!
