Eat Healthy With Your Favorite Celebs

Eating healthy isn’t always fun, but it is important. Not because of the way it’ll make you look, but because of the way it’ll make you feel. Eating certain foods can give you energy, make your brain work faster, and make you live longer. We know you’ve heard all of this before, so let some of your favorite female celebs who are happy and healthy tell you about their favorite snacks!

“I love bananas. They’re healthy and they make me happy,” Camila says. Bananas are an excellent source of Calcium and they’re easy to take on the go. Put one in your bag the night before school and have it when you start to feel hungry in between classes!

“I try to eat pretty healthy and to eat things that’ll give me energy. Fruit, pretzel sticks and Emergen-c to keep my immune system up,” says Victoria Justice.

Demi loves making her own healthy food. Her fave is “a turkey patty in a lettuce wrap with vegan cheese- I’m lactose intolerant- ketchup, tomato, and a side of sweet potatoes.” Yum! The Confident singer also loves “tacos made with ground turkey and spinach on a corn tortilla topped with lettuce, vegan cheese, and hot sauce.” When can we come over for dinner?

“I eat salmon practically every day. It’s high in Omega 3s and it’s great lean protein,” Ari says. She’s right! And when she’s just snacking, you can catch her enjoying some almonds. “They make great healthy snacks to keep me energized throughout my day!” Plus she’s always equipped with a bottle of coconut water to stay hydrated. “I always have a bottle next to me,” she spills.

When Taylor was asked for a list of things that are always in her fridge, she said, “Eggs- I love making buckwheat crepes with ham, Parmesan cheese, and a fried egg on top. It’s my go-to breakfast.” Mmmm!

We hope this inspired you to hop into your kitchen and make something super healthy for your next meal. But most importantly, we want you to know that eating healthy is purely for your HEALTH. That’s why the word health is in it! It doesn’t mean that you have to look a certain way or wear a certain size, and it certainly doesn’t mean that all you can eat is fruits and veggies. Ariana was right about salmon being really good for you- and it tastes really good! If fish isn’t your thing then go with Taylor’s eggs or Demi’s turkey burger. These are just a few options to help you get inspired to be the healthiest you that you can be!
