Taylor Swift Did Something That Will Make You Cry

We should start calling this kind of thing, “pulling a Taylor,” right?

Once again, Taylor Swift uses her fame and influence to do something really amazing. She’s always been very close and interactive with her fans, like when she invited them into her home for intimate listening sessions, or during her thousands of meet and greets, but this one is really something special. Meet Delaney. Delaney is a thirteen year old Swiftie who was diagnosed with Cancer when she was just seven years old. After a social media campaign to bring Delaney and Taylor was brought to the singer’s attention, she flew out to visit Delaney in her home.

“Merry Christmas baby,” Taylor captioned the photo collage of herself with Delaney after spending time with Delaney and her family. “Literally speechless right now!!!! My new best friend (as I call her now) made a special stop from going home to Teennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/hugg ever!! Thank you!! I love you!! Happy Holidays,” Delaney wrote next to her post of the photo of herself with Taylor.
